Hello,
We enjoyed the photos that you posted. We met you and your sister at The Branch School; Carson was in her class for awhile. He was in the third grade this year. He enjoyed your sister as a classmate and misses her.
I volunteered with your mom at The Branch. I missed working with her this past year on the PA board.
I met your father in 1988 as he became my ob/gyn. He delivered my 3 boys. He always spoke so proudly of each of his children. I miss him as a doctor and have not been able to replace him - like I ever will.
Now, for you - I met you while you helped out at the school functions - THANKS. I tipped you a few times for your services.
Great website and cause. Keep up with the music and the humanitarian efforts.
By the way, we are making a trip to California around the 4 of July. My son is fencing in a tournament in San Jose. Have any suggestions for traveling in California?

Good morning Blake,

I wanted to drop you a note to say thanks for the CD. My wife and I both love it. I have to tell you that it was really funny watching her twirl around the kitchen singing when Chim chim cheree came on! If for nothing else, thanks for that alone!!

I remember hearing Toccata at one of my Dad's recitals once – I love that song. You did a beautiful job with that one but I'm thinking about using Mission Impossible as my new ring tone. My next mission is to get my CD back from my manager. You see he borrowed it the same day it came in and I can't seem to get it back. My Dad said, “…anyone can play the piano but it takes passion to make the keys sing…” and you do just that. You're a gifted kid and I know that you can do anything that you set your mind to.

It was such a pleasure to meet you yesterday at The Branch School! Julianna, August and their mom, together with and Sydney and her mom came to our house yesterday afternoon, and we all listened to your CD! We love it -- especially the pieces you composed. "Snowflakes" is my favorite! It sounds just like spunky cold little snowflakes dancing in the wind. (By the way, I lived through the snowy winters of New Jersey for 32 years, so I know that winter-crisp "feeling" you are conveying in the piece! But I'd be interested to hear how you could know it so well?! )

While talking your father today (4/11)I heard some beautiful piano music in the background. He told me that you were practicing and you were 12 years old.

My father was a classic musican as well for and tried his best to instill the sense of passion in me as I heard in you today. In short, I'm listening to your music as I type and you are truly one amazing young man. I used to play a bit, you - are an artist.

I look forward to listening to your CD and even more so, listening to you live when you come to play in either Atlanta or Raleigh. I'm sure you're not far off from an international tour.
